Went here last Saturday with my Dad and Sister and let me tell you now that the green turtle is open it is pretty quiet on the inside late at night. The set up inside is nice you can see the kitchen and everything is to the side of the bar the wait staff is really down to earth. The food is good again I usually start with the tower of onion rings on the plus they give you two dipping sauces on the minus neither one is anything to write home about. There is a good choice of burgers, but if you aren't really in to beef like that this might not be the place for you.

Red Robin is definitely a chain restaurant, but this one isn't too bad. In the eating complex surrounding the mall there are a few restaurants - Hops, Red Lobster, Tony Roma's, Don Pablos, Red Robin. Out of all of these, go to Red Robin. The food is alright, again, it is a chain restaurant. But comparing the service and cleanliness of the place, this one is definitely a step up from the other restaurants in the complex. Enjoy the all you can eat fries with your burgers and sandwiches, and I personally recommend the Onion Ring tower and the French Onion soup.

I don't get many things from here, but one thing I love is the spicy sombrero salad ( a southwest chicken salad complete with black beans, corn, avocado, red onion, fried jalapeño coins topped with grilled chicken and melted cheese topped tortilla). Each time I've had it, nothing short of delicious. The jalapeño coins are the best. The perfect salty little jewel to complement the milder flavors of the veggies in the salad. The I have is they are inconsistent in how the salad is made. Today I ate it and it was perfect however when I had it a month ago, there was hardly enough lettuce inside. I'm not a big fan of the fries.. They are very thick and soft versus crispy like I think fries should be. I do nibble on them though. I don't frequent the restaurant but typically place "to go" orders with my office.

I really do not know what this restaurant's problem is but service was super slow. There wasn't even a host present to seat us for the first 10 minutes. Then once we were seated, it took 30 minutes for the server to take our orders. And this was at a time late Sunday evening when the restaurant wasn't even crowded. To put things mildly, the staff are lacking in hustle. This is not to say that the staff aren't nice. When he was around, the server was very helpful. But the times when he was actually around were infrequent. So what should have been an hour for dinner at most, took two hours. Aside from that, I thought the food was pretty decent. We had a guacamole bacon burger, the hummus plate, and the Arctic Cod Fish & Chips. The portion sizes, however, were disappointing. If one is paying $12.99 for the fish and chips, one would expect more than four small pieces of fish. I don't think refills of "bottomless" fries add that much value to the meal compared to actually having enough fish to be satisfied.

So disappointing but maybe I shouldn't have been surprised at a chain. The service was super slow but friendly. We waited forever for a server to come over but he was helpful once he did. He would have liked him to stop by more frequently. There were a few times that I needed him and had to wait ten minutes before any staff came by. The onion rings were awesome. I ate way too many. They're super crunchy super deep fried goodness. Hard to mess up. The sauce was some chipotle mayo that tasted generic like it came out of a huge jar in the back. The burger was good. The menu is overwhelming. There were probably 3 or 4 pages dedicated to just burgers! The experience was fine...totally fine. I was deep in Baltimore county and if it wasn't Red Robin it was going to be another similar chain so I really got what I expected. I just don't dig this kind of place at all. It's too cheesy and cliched and the food is not good enough for the price. I'd rather go to a local spot any time!

The family loves the restaurant, but quick service is not at the top of its priorities! Two kids received their drinks and five minutes later my daughter and I received ours. It's not even packed in here and 1 burger and three kid meals are taking a long time to come out! Meltdown is about to ensure from the youngest, who is eyeing a neighboring table's appetizer. It should only take about 12 minutes for food to come out. We have no napkins or forks on our table and my daughter has a mustache from the bottomless float she downed while waiting for her food. It's been over 25 minutes since we placed our order. Don't they see a mother with 3/4 of her children trying to contain hunger tantrums?!" Food arrived and it was good except for the over cheesy and cheese, but refills on anything took forever. Having them remove an item is taking over ten minutes.

Maybe it's just me, but I seem to always get the slower servers. Cam in for lunch with my sister and daughter. It was pretty crowded when we first arrived but surprisingly we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Ordered some onion rigs as a appetizer. They tasted great, probably my favorite think on the menu. Red Robin as a chain I have always liked there burgers and beer. I ordered the black pepper burger, a Sam Adams, and got my daughter spaghetti. The spaghetti was nothing more than noodles with a touch of sauce. My daughter who normally loves spaghetti was not thrilled and barely touched it. My foo was fine and the bottomless steak fries had me going back for seconds. My sister ordered some type of grilled chicken salad that appeared to be delicious. Our waitress forgot her salad dressing though. Once she came back around we got that corrected. The only real problem cam when we were ready for the check. We could not find the waitress. For me there is nothing worse than being held hostage. Even after requesting boxes and the check it still took about 15 more minutes to pay. I would think that since they were busy they would try to get out the customers who had already finished. I will proably be back at a time when it's a little less crowded.

I was hoping for a better experience because my friend raved about it and said Red Robin was better than she expected. But to my disappointment, I wasn't all that thrilled. The place is an actual sit down restaurant with cool ambiance and a bar so that's neat. A lot of people were coming in to get a booth and watch the game on the TV screens. The fries are thick and soft...not my favorite... I like skinnier normal fries. I also made the mistake of ordering a gluten free burger. That means I had a so-so burger on a junk bun. I like that soft sesame bun :-) So maybe I'll try something different next time.

The service can be spotty. Come during off hours to avoid the extreme noise levels.

The food is probably a 3 or even 3.5 but the service is a 2 and I'm being generous. The hostess I swear rolled her eyes and head nodded me towards my table. The friendly but slow server forgot food and condiments. I hate when they try to impress you by not writing down your order. Right my order down and get it right!

I wanted to update my review of this restaurant. After my last review I was contacted by someone at Red Robin about the poor service I received. A family member of mine wanted to go to Red Robin, and I was hesitant, but decided to give them another chance. It's safe to say I'll never be back to this Red Robin. We arrived at 12:00pm and sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us and took our drink orders. After that, we didn't see her again for twenty minutes, and didn't place our food order until 12:30. Not only was she working the bar, but she had to work six tables and the to go area. She was obviously overworked, and I would constantly see employees in the back standing around and talking. I saw multiple people stand and wait at the to go area for fifteen minutes without one employee even acknowledging them, then walk out. The management at the restaurant is inept. This place used to be great, and I don't know what happened. Do not go here!

2.5 stars I've been to a few Red Robin joints, this was sadly the lowest ranking RR experience. We were seated at a dirty table where the drink menu was stained with some sort of cheese sauce. Though the joint was pretty empty for lunch time, the waiter had issues trying to divy up his time between the few customers he had. We ordered the chips with french onion dip off of their special appetizer menu. They were good, kept the dip for my fries later on. I was impressed with the new sauce options they have though a little disappointed to know the premium dipping sauces (like chipotle) costed extra. We ordered BBQ whiskey burgers (1 with a veggie patty). Waiter brought out sweet potato fries instead of regular steak fries, not sure where he got that from, but he quickly switched them out after I waved him down. The burgers were good, the zesty sauce we ordered was a nice change from the ranch I've gotten accustom to ordering. I would have given more stars if the waiter was more attentive in general. May come back for happy hour.

I'm not sure what happened, but I'm pretty disappointed. I used to go to this place all the time. The food was always spot on and the service was always on point. This was not the case the last 3 times we went. I'm afraid this last time will also be our last. When we arrived, there were people all in the waiting area but no one was up front. I waited about 10 minutes before a host even showed up. Once we were seated, we waited another 10 mins before we saw our waiter. We ordered a coke and a water and that took another 10 mins. Our food took forever and when it came, it was just mediocre. It was kind of like a circus in there. Lots of people, the servers were running around like this was their first time in a busy restaurant and weren't attentive at all. The last few times we have been there, we witnessed multiple people complaining or frustrated with the wait, service or food. Sad to say we won't be returning. This place must have gotten new management. There wasn't one part of the experience that was enjoyable. I hope one day this place goes back to the way that it was, but I won't hold my breath.

I have been meaning to update my review since my disappointing visit last month. I used to be a frequent patron of this establishment but took a hiatus. During my recent visit the waiters were horsing around, unenthusiastic and nonchalant. Our waiter was so informal and I don't even recall him providing a name. From the jump he could not even get our simple to request to have water WITH lemon. After our food came out he did not come to check on us and didn't even bring out the check. We had to go to the bar for our check. Word of advice Red Robin management please retrain or your staff or keep effective management around at all times.

Just returned to this place and my oh my has it gone down hill. Customer service doesn't exist here! All the employees are talking and laughing amongst themselves. Waiter brought the food out and disappeared. I asked another employee could he find my waiter and he gave me a blank stare. It's sad because I used to love this place, but i guess nothing lasts forever.

The managers here are rude and grossly disrespectful. I believe they have a "holier than thou" attitude and I will honestly never frequent this establishment ever again. The place is between a Wendy's and a Burger King not even a 5 minute drive away in either direction. Save your money and your time. A few years ago I loved their burgers but I'd rather set my money on fire than be disrespected. I'll be spreading the same message to anyone inquiring about Red Robin.
Love the atmosphere! The staff are always friendly when I go. Whether I eat at the bar, sit down it the restaurant, or do an order to go. Food is great, the specials are awesome! Will definitely be in there tomorrow for Free Burger Tuesday!

My husband loved the fish and chips. Everything else was mediocre. My burger was super dry and waaaay overcooked. The plate it was served on was dirty. Yuck! There was no tp in the dirty bathrooms. The service was sloooow. The waiter was nice enough but just not attentive. Won't be back.

This Red Robin was a family favorite for years (we used to go about once a week). I left for college last fall and the 3 times I've been back to this Red Robin I have received well below average service. The staff here seems disinterested in being engaged with the customers. This is very sad because this Red Robin used to be great. I would recommend avoiding this Red Robin and trying the one in Towson or Columbia.

Whiskey River BBQ chicken burger is my favorite. I'm usually a health nut, but I stop in RR every now and then for a quick bite and to see some familiar faces. Some of the staff has worked there for over 10+ years. I am a sucker for onion rings, and they are delicious. They come on a tower with 2 dipping sauces - probably my favorite onion rings (I like it better than a blooming onion, too!) I can never have enough of the bottomless fries. If you go during the busy time, it's not a quiet place for intimate conversations. This is a good place for kids, families, groups, friends. I wouldn't mind some more bar specials!! Typically I find the service to be fairly quick. The staff has no problem putting in a kids order as soon as you arrive to appease the little ones. Frequent visitor.

New menu was good, and the seasonal specials were totally worth it! They were out of the fried bratwurst, though, which was a bit of a disappointment. We were very much looking forward to trying those. Still, the pretzel bites were amazing as always, and I hope they never take them off the menu. The Oktoberfest burger was outstanding! I tried it last year when it was in season, and it was good then. Not really rave worthy. But, this year... rave away! They might be doing something different with the burgers now, because they were more flavorful, more tender, and still complementary to the toppings. Overall, this was a very positive experience and a great meal. Just when I was getting bored with Red Robin, they decided to change things up for the better. Good call!

This used to be an amazing red robin. But the quality and service has plummeted so low that I will not be coming back. After being sat it took more than 10 minutes for our server to show up. (And that was only after I asked the host who sat is if he could track our waiter down.) the chaos and mass confusion of who was supposed to be where should have tipped off. After we ordered our food took more than 25 minutes to arrive. Ridiculous. What used to be a fun casual dining experience was a nightmare.

"Horrible & Slow" I went to this restaurant for the first time and can say it will be my last time. My motivation for going here was convenience to the hotel while on business trip. I waited forever to place a take out order. Another customer was n front of me and had all kinds of complaints about her order monopolizing the one service staff there. It wasn't until a line developed of people waiting to pick up called in order & people waiting to place orders, that someone else came to help. The food was not impressive-can't even remember what I ordered. The parking lot was full and I thought this would be the faster restaurant for service-I was wrong.Business requires my return to the area but this place won't see me again. Visited December 2013

Meal was unimpressive. I got the ensalada chicken. The breast, in my opinion, was over marinated. It has the slight rubber feel that makes you stop chewing and look to see if its done kinda mouth feel. The chili spices on the chicken also had that "raw" taste. It needed to be cooked awhile longer and less put on. On a better note, I tried their ghost pepper sauce.. I love spicy food so it was great for me. Then, my husband and I hot dessert. He got strawberry cheesecake.. They were out of the strawberry sauce so it came out plain. I got this chocolate ice cream cake. It was beautiful and tasted ok until I kept finding pieces of the paper they use to separate the slices. After the third piece almost went down my throat, that was the end of that. $60. For a meal for 2.. Not worth it. Waiters and waitress area was pretty loud and after another table came in, we had trouble getting refills and our bill. They need to step up.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! This is by far one of the worst places ever! A place that's claim to fame is their burgers are sub-par at best. The burgers were over cooked, cold, and took about 45 mins and came out late regardless, I won't meetip how awful the clientele here was.. Screaming children, it's very loud and in enjoyable. I would never come back here. It was pretty awful.

After we were seated we waited about 15 mins for our waitress to come over. She apologized for the wait and we ordered waters and our meals. We waited an additional 20 mins just to get the water. Waitress was apologetic and did not know when the food would come out so she offered fries to tide us over while we waited. Another 15 mins passed before our meals came out. We ordered a medium rare and a medium burger, they both came out well done. After waiting so long for them it was a disappointment. Only giving 2 stars because the fries with seasoning are great.

What happened? Used to be Red Robin was our go to place for good, hot, quick food. Last few times the quality and service have been terrible. Tonight was the worst. Fries were ice cold. My husband's patty melt wasn't even grilled. I had the seafood scatter which was lousy. My clam chowder was thin with hardly any clams or anything other than broth. Service was really bad. Extremely slow and spotty. Probably not coming back any time soon.

Being lazy on Sunday, my boyfriend and I decided to go get something quick for dinner. We have a 7 month old baby, so we always hope that there is something on the menu that he can enjoy also! The only thing that he could eat would be broccoli and asked for it to be steamed extra well, falling apart! Well they weren't well streamed and my baby couldn't eat it. I had to actually scrape the inside of the potato out of the French fry for him to eat. He liked it! Great! We normally bring a back up meal, but Sunday is meal prep day and nothing had been prepared for him yet. So with that out of the way, the waiter was horrible! We ordered beer shakes from the bar, the waiter never once offered us water! At the end of our meal, my boyfriend finally asked for water. The waiter didn't come to check in us much, and just didn't seem to care. When we got our bill, it was screwed up! The only good thing I would say about this specific visit is that the BLUE MOON BEER SHAKE IS FREAKING AWESOME! Give it a try! We'll probably order food to go the next time we want a burger (chicken for me) and shake! Lol

A few months ago... We went in. There was no one directing "traffic" or greeting customers. We waited a few minutes and still no one so we proceeded to the booths in the bar area. It is 215 on a Sunday. As we neared the booth a server told us we weren't allowed to sit in those booths. So there IS someone working. Who'd a thunk it? 5.10.14 Just called to place a to -go order and the phone literally rang every 5 seconds for three minutes. Sad.

If you want a noisy sports bar place with mediocre food and service where you are ignored, this is your place. We ordered pretzel bites, clam chowder, chicken tourtilla soup, and two burgers. The food came out in a reasonable fashion. The pretzel bites were ok pub food with a beer/cheese dip sauce. The clam chowder was a small portion of soup that tasted out of a campbell's soup can. The burgers and fries were nicely cooked. However, service was nonexistent once the food came. The server never checked on the status of the table. I had to bother another server at the ticket entry/drink station for a refill, who was much more courteous than my server. When I sat down she walked by and didn't even apologize about having to go get my drink since she wasn't anywhere to be found. Prior to ordering I was looking at the frequent buyer program and wasn't ever asked if I was interested, told specials or anything. Bad server! The noise was so loud that there wasn't a chance of having a conversation. If your looking for MUCH better burgers and service, go to Fuddrucker's when in Owings Mills. You lost me Red Robin as your service was Yuck! and your food was Blah! definitely NOT Yum! I'll stick with Fuddrucker's when craving a burger.

Great waiter who remembered us a few weeks later even though we weren't seated in his section. The good here is better than the one in CT we used to go to. The new side sauces are quite good!

I wish I were able to fit inside of the milkshake glass and I could swim around in all of the chocolaty goodness and whipped cream bliss and just drink and swim until it's all gone. I LOVE THESE SHAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never go here without getting a chocolate shake and they never disappoint. They bring out a glass full of milkshake and the tumbler half full of the rest of your shake that couldn't fit in your glass. PURE BLISS! The burgers are also equally delish. I usually try to get a different one each time and I've never had one that I didn't like. The bottomless fries are a plus too because they're nice and hot and seasoned well. Good place for kids...even better place for adults. BTW...they have good drinks too!

the food was okay, on par with the other chain family restaurants. the problem is that they don't take reservations even for a large party. they refused to take a birthday party reservation. we were a party of 15 for a family birthday and had to wait for tables to open up. i would never choose to have a party there again. it's too much of a hassle and there are many other restaurants who will gladly take a reservation for 15.

Came back for dinner around 8 with a colleague (their choice). The place was nearly empty but the hostess said it was a 40 minute wait just to sit. We inquired and she said it was "sooo busy" and a lot of people just walked out. As we were about to leave bc that was ridiculous for an almost empty restaurant a manager came over and corrected her and promptly seated us in the restaurant section. The bar is segmented off with a glass partition. A short wait and our drink order was taken. While we perused the menu a bus boy was shouting on the restaurant side to someone on the bar side, for a few minutes, saying the list of things he had to do before going off and taking care of the bar side. It was a bit distracting and unprofessional. Our orders were taken and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. We were disappointed that they were out of the sweet potato fries. Overall the waiter was nice and did a good job. Food arrived hot. Did notice though as parties and people arrived they tended to wait at least five minutes in some instances before anyone on staff noticed that people were waiting to be acknowledged to be seated.

I like that there is a little bit of Seattle here in Maryland- the food is always consistent, the staffis always very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. We do love coming here though we tend to sit at the bar because we don't like to have running screaming children around us when we are eating dinner- though we appreciate there is a place to take the kids too!

I work nearby and go to the 'Robin" for lunch often. The food is outstanding and the servers are terrific. The training program must be intense because I have never had a bad experience. They changed the decor recently and its great. I no longer feel like I'm eating in a chucky cheese. The prices have gotten high. I never spend less than $15-20 for lunch but its worth it. Working in the area it would be nice if they did more for happy hour. Going to GT and Pablos gets old. I think thats an opportunity that they havent taken advantage of. Offer some specials to get people in.

I go here all the time and it's one of my favorite restaurants. Each waiter I've had has always been friendly. The pricing is good for a less expensive date night. The bottomless fries are a bonus as well as the bottomless freckled lemonades and root beer floats.

The food is fine, burger was good- so were fries. But the service is just ok. We stood there waiting to be seated only to have the hostess walk away, when she returned a line had formed behind us. It looked under staffed and like nobody really wanted to be working there. Not usual for red robins as they are usually up beat and fun places. This one used to be pretty great but now it's just ok. Server was nice enough but everything was slow... Asked for a refill on fries and it took 30 minutes! Ended up boxing them to go... Sad to say I won't go back- every time I go it just seems worse and worse. My advice? Goto bone fish grill... No complaints there!

I usually go here for happy hour or a quick bite to eat. The bartenders are all very nice and really good at what they do. The bar servers are hit or miss, but are generally good. Food is pretty decent for a chain restaurant. Always very clean too, which says a lot. Overall, I've always had a great experience here and there is hardly ever a wait in the bar area although it can get crowded at times.

Final follow up to complaint of lighting. Once I sent in a second request as a follow up I received a call from the district manager. She was pleasant and apologetic. She offered me a free appitizer (I just had to ask for a manager). I find that annoying I need to get a manager, explain the issue to him and put my hand out for a freebee. I do not want anything for free. And if you offer something, send it in the mail so the person does not have to rexplain the issue to a person who probably never got the original complaint. The person explained that sometimes the cleaning crew knocks them out of wack and I could have asked the help to readjust it. But I really dont want to make a scene, and I dont want the dust and dirt falling all around. She was annoyed at best, typical of a fast food joint. I will pass on the freebee and I suggest you all do the same.

Busy location with good burgers. This location is always busier than the Towson location, and because of this it tends to have fresher food. We've tried several burger options and some entrees, and everything has been decent and flavorful. Good mixed drinks and milkshakes.

I've been to many red robins in my day and this is by far my favorite. I just love the fresh cut fries, strawberry lemonade, patty melt and the shakes here. Food is chain style but still tasty. I recommend trying the veggie burger, the rookie shake, onion rings and buffalo chicken wings.

Find a good place that serves Gluten Free Food and is safe for one of my kids is hard to come by they have recently added a few Gluten Free Appetizers to the menus. Hopefully they add a couple more entree that are Gluten Free other then a Burger or Chicken. I love coming to Red Robin because the prices are relatively good and will not break the bank by coming here. If you apart of there club they send you coupons all the time which add to the value of the place . The food here is pretty good although we have had a few burgers which were pretty bland and didn't wow us. The wait staff 80% of the time are super friendly and don't mind talking to the kids letting them order there food however they want. The only problem I have more or less is the noise level there the volume on this place is always at a 10 making it hard to hear the people at your table.

Typical Red Robin. Good burgers, fast service. I hate balloons so I am glad this Red Robin wasn't blowing any during our visit. The waitress was attentive and got our orders right. Very important for a prego lady such as myself. Will visit again.

Went to Red Robin for the first time and unfortunately, it was the last. It was 5:30 on a Thursday night and it took at least 5-10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. After we were finally seated, 15 minutes went by before a server came to our table and the drinks took another 10 minutes to get to the table. Once the food arrived, it was all downhill from there. I ordered the Blue Ribbon Burger and my boyfriend got the BBQ burger - both burgers looked absolutely pathetic, which is concerning for a place that is known for their "gourmet" burger. They were one demential and felt like I was eating more bread than burger - it could have not be any farther from the picture in the menu. I could not even differentiate the toppings I ordered because it looked like a pile of mush on top of my burger. I am not typically picky when it comes to dining out but this place was awful. Let me reiterate that it was not busy when we were there so there is no excuse for the poor quality of service and food. If you have low standards for a restaurant - this is the place for you.

Great place for the kids. They can have a complete meltdown and no one really notices! Fast service for food and seating. Definitely accustomed to having a full house. Always pleasant and the robin is always making rounds.

If you're looking for a burger, this is a solid joint. Consistent food and service. And if you're feeling like a fatty, they feature "bottomless fries".

Easy to get in and out of the bar to eat when other restaurants are busy. The Vegan Burger called Boca Burger is wonderful and moist.

Great location. Food is always fresh and delicious, wait staff friendly and knowledgable. My waiter was able to recite the ingredients from three different burgers off the top of his head like he was a master burger cooker! One of the best sit down fast food burgers OM has to offer.
(5)
Andrew P.
Ok food. Service was absolute garbage. Items we never ordered were added to our order and we had to wait a good 5 minutes to get the waitresses attention and fix the order. New little electronic kiosks are a great way to get kids to buy shit games while you're not looking, and in general just take value away from the dining experience. We're just not gonna go to Red Robin anymore.

I don't like this location at all. Our waiter was really slow. The food took forever to come out. I am still upset the waiter never bought over my bottomless fries which I ask for three times but when I ask him for the check he came back with that the first time I ask for it. I will not be returning.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. Most burger restaurants in the United States often serve hamburgers with French fries and other condiments. If you have a liking for burgers in the United States, then you won't be disappointed.

(3)Rebeca F.
The service can be spotty. Come during off hours to avoid the extreme noise levels.
(3)Cherita A.

(1)Arthur M.
(1)Chelsey A.
(1)Chad B.
I've been to this Red Robin twice, and it's similar to others. The menu has a great assortment of burgers. If that's your thing, you'll find a lot to enjoy here. It has a fun atmosphere, and the servers have always been helpful and friendly for me. The restaurant has a full bar, and TV's with sports on behind it. Last month, it was unfortunately my least favorite visit to a RR but overall still positive. We got a small onion-ring tower as an appetizer. They were delicious! A nice way to kick off the meal and hold us over until the entrée arrived. They were crispy and not too greasy. We asked to sample a few of the other types of dipping sauces from the menu, and our server was kind enough to bring us a plate of all the free options. I ordered the chili cheeseburger which as advertised can be a bit messy. Overall, I don't think the chili added any type of flavor to the burger - it was pretty bland. The main problem with my burger was the bun. They tried to toast it but ended up burning it. Every time I took a bite, I got a burnt taste in my mouth. I should've sent it back, but I'm not one to do that unless the situation is extremely bad. The steak fries were good as always! I have to admit, I love the bottomless soda and fries. I can eat at least two extra servings of fries. Not exactly health food, but it's awesome once in a while! I have to rate the place 4 stars since I've almost always had very good experiences here. I think this burger was an aberration.
(4)Anthony B.
Love the atmosphere! The staff are always friendly when I go. Whether I eat at the bar, sit down it the restaurant, or do an order to go. Food is great, the specials are awesome! Will definitely be in there tomorrow for Free Burger Tuesday!
(5)Fran J.
(2)Brian D.
(1)Becky M.
(4)Art T.
Good call!
(4)Steve R.
(2)Morgan L.
The food was just ok and the service was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this particular Red Robin.
(2)Jan M.

(2)Adam O.
(1)Megan P.
(2)Cynthia G.
(1)Jay Em R.
This is the first time my husband and I tried Red Robin and it was not a disappointment. It is one of the best burger I have tried so far. Surely, we will frequent this place.
(5)Dani M.
Lol
(3)Kimberly W.
I'm usually pleased, but tonight service was soo poor. I had to return my order because it was all wrong. Cold fries, cold chips. Waiter was horrible.
(1)Nathan M.
All the food was delicious. However, our server seemed too rushed and, as a result, was not as attentive as I would have liked.
(4)lynn t.
Sad.
(1)Mike F.
Food was great we had the Steak Burger and Red Robin with egg and Bacon, to top it off Salty Caramel Milkshake. Make sure you get monster because you will want more
(4)Keith C.
(2)Chris S.
Great waiter who remembered us a few weeks later even though we weren't seated in his section. The good here is better than the one in CT we used to go to. The new side sauces are quite good!
(4)Rae M.
(5)LD J.
the food was okay, on par with the other chain family restaurants. the problem is that they don't take reservations even for a large party. they refused to take a birthday party reservation. we were a party of 15 for a family birthday and had to wait for tables to open up. i would never choose to have a party there again. it's too much of a hassle and there are many other restaurants who will gladly take a reservation for 15.

(3)Sue P.
The only really good thing was that staff was very attentive and nice. However, the food is just ok, nothing to rave about. I dont really enjoy the food here.
(2)MaryAnn C.
(5)Mike S.
(4)Blair S.
I go here all the time and it's one of my favorite restaurants. Each waiter I've had has always been friendly. The pricing is good for a less expensive date night. The bottomless fries are a bonus as well as the bottomless freckled lemonades and root beer floats.
(4)Brittany D.
(2)LC C.

(1)Rebecca G.
Busy location with good burgers. This location is always busier than the Towson location, and because of this it tends to have fresher food. We've tried several burger options and some entrees, and everything has been decent and flavorful. Good mixed drinks and milkshakes.
(3)Miriam B.
(5)T R.
(4)Janelle M.
Typical Red Robin. Good burgers, fast service. I hate balloons so I am glad this Red Robin wasn't blowing any during our visit. The waitress was attentive and got our orders right. Very important for a prego lady such as myself. Will visit again.
(4)Sam H.

Phenomenal food a and service. This is the place for kids and we have five. They were fast and tasty amosphere is moot for the faint of heart.

Really good burgers. Gets busy here at times. I would definitely come back here again. No complaints.

Great location. Food is always fresh and delicious, wait staff friendly and knowledgable. My waiter was able to recite the ingredients from three different burgers off the top of his head like he was a master burger cooker! One of the best sit down fast food burgers OM has to offer.
